Annina Lubbock

Methods Development

Annina Lubbock is a social scientist who was formerly Senior Technical Adviser for Gender and Poverty Targeting at IFAD and consultant to FAO, bilateral development agencies andinternational NGOs. She has extensive experience in social research in manydeveloping countries. She has contributed to the development and field-testing of W+ programme guidance documents and tools, in particular M&E methods, indicator development for W+ domains, survey and do-no-harm assessment tools. More specifically, she has developed and field-tested in Nepal a questionnaire survey forassessing time-savings benefits in a biogas project adopting the W+ standard.
