About the Guest
Lorena Aguilar is a global leader in inclusion and sustainable development, with extensive experience leading inclusive collaborations with government counterparts, UN agencies, international organizations, and civil society.

She has worked in more than 50 countries across Latin America, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Until 2018, Lorena served as Global Senior Gender Advisor and Global Director of the Governance and Rights Program at the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), where she played a pivotal role in placing women and girls at the center of conservation and climate initiatives, as well as national and international policies.
