Goal: Improve resilience, productivity, and socio-economic conditions of fishing communities while enhancing ecological sustainability of the Tonle Sap Biosphere Reserve.
Location: Soutr Nikom District, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia

Beneficiaries (women): Women are central to the project, gaining greater knowledge of climate-smart rice production, stronger decision-making power at household and community levels, and increased income through sustainable livelihoods like eco-tourism and renewable energy, with 85% women members in savings groups.
